Forovertwodecades,theNationalEnergyOmbudsmanhaspresentedanannualactivityreportanannualactivityreportthatdiscussestheissuesofthepastandfutureyears.Asthisisamajorcommunicationtoolfortheindependentpublicauthorityandhasgonethroughseveralgraphicstylesovertheyears,thismediumhasfoundandmustfindastrong,clearandlastingcommunicationclearanddurable.In2020,inapandemiccontextthe"contact"asasimpleandhumanphysicalgestureandhumangestureisslowlymovingawayfromitsfromitsinitialdefinitionandisbeingenrichedwithnewconnotationsandpossibilities.Wearethinkinginparticularofintellectualcontact,whichcouldberepresentedinamoreabstractway,asanintensity,anemotion,anelectricalsynapse...Amovingimage,wireelementsrepresentingelementsrepresentingconnections,thecircleasametaphorofacycleandofaninfinitenetwork...Ourproposalfollowsareflectionbasedonthesearchofaclearandpowerfulgraphicbalance,onaninstitutionalandscientificscale.Thisprojectisstructuredaroundthegraphiccharterofthenationalenergyombudsmanandappropriatesitandappropriatesittocreateadocumentdocumentthatislivelyandeffectiveonseveralofreading.Ourgoalistoachieveaworksubtlework,avoidingpasticheandsuperficialsuperficialdecorationtohighlightalltheelementsofthereport,fromtheportraitstothekeyfigures,etc.
