AspartofapublictenderlaunchedbytheANCT,wedevelopedacasestudytorethinkaninstitutionalcampaignandacommunicationtoolkitforlocalauthoritiesandpartners.OurapproachwasbasedonathoroughunderstandingoftheANCT’schallenges:makingcomplexmissionsclear,highlightingitsroleasalocalfacilitator,andadheringtothestandardsofpublicsectorcommunication.Weproposedasolutionthatisrigorous,accessible,andimmediatelyusable.Thegraphicsystemwedesignedisclearandstructured,adaptableacrossawiderangeofprintanddigitalformats.Itreliesonstronginformationhierarchy,easyreadability,andaconsistentvisualidentitythatcanbeeasilydeployedbylocalstakeholders.
